The City of Shakopee: “Update April 25, 2:15 p.m.: People are asked to stay away from Koda Energy and Rahr Malting. Roads in thr area will be closed at least another 45 minutes. No injuries have been reported, according to Shakopee Police.”

MPR News reporting Authorities in Scott County say no one was hurt in an explosion or fire at a power plant in Shakopee.
The city of Shakopee has closed roads near Koda Energy and Rahr Malting Company and is telling people to stay away.
Scott County spokeswoman Lisa Kohner said there was some kind of fire or explosion in Koda Energy’s tank number one. She said 7 employees were evacuated without injuries.
