Cold weather prompts delays, school closures

Tuesday morning temperatures are well below zero across the state, wind chill advisories have been issued for Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Temperatures in Grand Marais fell below -50. Many schools have a delayed start, or are closed for the day.
