Tim Walz shouted — yes, literally shouted — those three words on the House floor Wednesday in frustration over Congress’ inability to reach agreement on avoiding the ‘fiscal cliff,’ a package of tax increases and spending cuts that economists have said will send the country spiraling back into recession.
