The Salvation Army reported that an anonymous $1,000 donation had been made to the Cub Foods in St. Anthony on Saturday.

Last year, the Salvation Army reported 23 separate incidences of $1,000 being donated to area kettles, which helped the organization raise $5.6 million by Christmas Eve, via WCCO.
